The Lili's Touch Custom Wig giveaway starts on 08/20/2018 and ends on 12/14/2018. It is open to U.S. residents only 18+.

NOTE: We will have a special celebration event at location TBA. You only pay the $15 for the event entry at the same time this gives you a chance to win prizes worth well over $500.
